Simple rules, rooted in good manners (adab), for everyone who uses MusliGo.

Be respectful

Disagree politely. No insults, harassment or discrimination.

Be honest

Share accurate information and genuine experiences.

Be kind

Give constructive feedback and support each other.

Keep it halal

Content should be appropriate for a family-friendly Muslim community.

For business owners

Keep your listing, opening hours and offers accurate and up to date.
Only claim halal certification you actually hold, and keep the certificate current.
Reply to reviews politely, including negative ones. Never pressure customers or offer rewards for reviews.
Answer messages and job applications in a reasonable time.

For reviewers

Review places you have actually used, and describe your own experience.
Be fair and specific. Criticise the service, not the person.
Do not review your own business or a competitor's.
Only upload photos you took yourself.

Not allowed on MusliGo

Hate speech, discrimination, harassment or threats.
Fake listings, fake reviews or rating manipulation.
Misleading, fraudulent or deceptive information.
Promotion of alcohol, gambling, interest-based (riba) lending, adult content or other haram products and services.
Spam, irrelevant advertising or links to unsafe websites.
Other people's private information.

What happens if rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, remove a badge, hide a listing, or suspend or close the account. We may contact the authorities when someone's safety is at risk.

Report a problem

Use the Report link on any listing or review. Our moderators review every report. For anything urgent, contact us directly.
