Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the listings, photos and reviews you post. You give MusliGo permission to display, resize and translate them on the platform and in our promotion of your listing.

Only post content you have the right to share. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Listings and reviews

Listings must describe a real business, job or event and be kept accurate and up to date.
New and edited listings are reviewed before they appear. Verified and Halal badges are granted only after we check your documents, and can be removed if the information is no longer valid.
Reviews must reflect your own genuine experience. Owners may not review their own business or offer rewards for reviews.
Listing owners may reply to reviews publicly. We may remove reviews or replies that break our guidelines.

Plans and payments

Using MusliGo as a member is free. Business owners can buy optional plans and add-ons for their listings at the prices shown on the Pricing page.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
One-time add-ons (job posts, event promotion, homepage banners) run for the period stated at checkout.
Paying for a plan does not guarantee approval of a listing or any number of views or customers.
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look into it.

Acceptable use

Do not:

Post false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate someone else.
Harass, threaten or discriminate against others.
Promote illegal activity, or products and services that go against our Community Guidelines.
Send spam, scrape the site, or try to access accounts or systems that are not yours.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Legal

MusliGo is a directory. Businesses are independent and responsible for their own products, services, jobs and events. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or reviews.

MusliGo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you by email or on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
